This is a great opportunity to come and join us and participate in social dancing with a licensed bar , so you can practise what you have learnt. It is our intention to offer a higher level class in the future!

Suitable for adults aged over 16yrs & over, male & female (not partner dancing. Turn up in loose fitting comfortable clothing, bring water and wear trainers or bloch trainers (ideally) they are specailly developed for dance, don't worry if you don't have these, see if you like the classes before investing in them. I can advise you on wear to get them from if necessary.

Salsamix description:

Exercise dance class where Salsa & Cha Cha Cha form the basis of the choreography. Danced in lines (no partner work) The routines are challenging, with turn patterns, shines & intricate footwork.Great fun, uplifting & vibrant music! You won't realise your exercising!

Dancing is a fantastic way of keeping fit, making new friends and de-stressing.

With most of the classes you don't have to pre-book, just come along..... there's a class near you!

We are no longer teaching in Langdale Hall on Wednesday evenings. If you are interested in learing Jive or Cha Cha Cha please let me know as we may run a course in the future.

We also offer Dance Workshops which differ from classes in that workshops are more intensive; If you want to become a salsa dance pro in a day, Viva Salsa Dance Workshops would be ideal for you!
